We create outstanding products with technical excellence, an agile mindset, an open feedback and failure culture and fun at work. moovel is part of a large global corporation, but at the heart of it we still are a start-up. We act as a partner for cities, transport networks and mobility service providers with the goal of making cities smarter and creating an operating system for urban mobility that provides access to appropriate mobility options in urban areas and paves the way for the future with autonomous vehicles. Currently, 300 employees work in small creative teams in Germany and the US at four locations - Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Portland.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS
As Head of Operations and Onboarding you are (together with your teams) responsible for all our european city onboardings / roll outs. For the internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Marketing, BizDev, Finance) your teams serve as the gateway to rolling out new products and help coordinate other work.

Operations of our digital mobility solutions means running and growing our cities. We develop our products in-house so you will be in close contact to our product development teams and therefore work constantly (closely aligned with our growth team) on improving our products - that will be fun!

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Manage roll outs of innovative digital mobility products and solutions (“onboarding”) in attractive European cities and metropolitan areas
- Lead internal teams and coordinate scopes and timelines
- Scale operations of our mobility apps
- Work closely with our in-house product and BizDev teams on the implementation of new products and solutions
- Oversee our growth and marketing activities in the respective cities
- Supervise existing products in operations and constantly improve our products and processes in an agile working environment
- Build a strong network with cities, public transport agencies and other local partnerships
- Work in a fast changing business within agile teams, always challenging and striving for the best solutions

ABOUT YOU
- Several years of work experience in a complex environment
- Passion for urban mobility, multimodal platforms and emerging disruptive technologies
- Strong experience with digital / software / mobile products or projects
- Strong passion for open leadership and teams
- Effectively communicate complicated concepts to tech and non-technical audience
- Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a strong sense of product quality
- Open for accepting the challenge and facing the unplanned
- Always open to take it with a smile
