YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bayer Business Services is the global competence center for IT and Business Services of the
Bayer Group and supports the business processes of Bayer with high-performance services
and innovative solutions – anywhere and anytime. The focus here is on the core areas IT
Infrastructure & Applications, Procurement and Trade Services, Personnel Services, Finance
and Accounting as well as Management Consulting. In your new position as IT-Consultant
eCommerce (m/f) your tasks will include the following:

• Business requirements engineering on a global scale with direct business interaction
• Technical solution design of requirements for existing Web applications or standard
eCommerce solutions like Hybris
• Design and implementation of Digital Sales Architectures
• Continuous improvement of processes and functions
• Software lifecycle management


WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in Information Science or a comparable qualification
• Java/JEE Expert with long-term work experience in development and management of
standard or custom made eCommerce Solutions in the area of B2C/B2B
• Knowledge in responsive design for unified web and mobile platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external networks
• Good teamwork, self-management and customer focus
• Ability to challenge the status quo and to embrace change
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
